What is the return policy?
Our boxes of stone, metal and sulfur are farmed in-game and delivered to your base. Because they’re delivered digitally in-game and can’t be returned, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.
How to request a refund?
Email us at rizzshiesty@gmail.com with your order number, your gamertag, and a short description of the problem. We reply within [1-2 business days]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5-10 business days to post them.
When will I get my order?
We deliver within hours of getting your gamertag. We’ll arrange a time that works for you, and we’ll confirm once the handoff is done.
